Terms, licences and refunds.

1. Who sells

SYVARN is an independent publisher of tools for MetaTrader 4 and 5. Contact: mql5lab@gmail.com and t.me/mql5_lab. All transactions are made in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network.

2. Free tools

Tools marked “Free” are provided as is, without registration or payment, and remain so. They come with no guarantee of results or of compatibility with every broker. When the source code is stated as included, you may read, modify and recompile it for your personal use; reselling it is forbidden.

3. Premium tools

Monthly subscription : the licence is active for one month from activation, renewable with a new payment, cancellable at any time by simply stopping payment. Lifetime licence : one-off payment, licence with no time limit, tool updates included. In both cases the licence is tied to a MetaTrader account; changing account is requested via Telegram or e-mail. Source code (GridFlip EA, OrdreStop Bot): you buy the .mq5 file, modifiable and recompilable without limit for your own use; reselling or redistributing it is forbidden.

Delivery is made via Telegram or e-mail after on-chain verification of the payment, usually within a few hours.

4. B.I.S Concept course

Permanent access to the thirteen modules and the students' channel after a one-off payment. The associated indicator is free for the first month then billed $19 per month, cancellable at any time; the course and the channel remain yours. Details are on the course page.

5. Refunds

Delivered digital content (tools, source code, course): no refund once made available. That is why every page details what you buy before you pay, and why the order asks you to expressly waive the fourteen-day withdrawal period. A file that does not install or does not work as described is fixed or replaced, not refunded.

Payment error : a transfer on a network other than BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), or to another address, is lost for good and cannot be returned. Check the network before confirming.

6. Custom development

The base rate is $150; it rises with the complexity of the strategy and the amount of work, and is set by a quote you accept before development starts. A 75 USDT opening deposit is requested before the brief is studied; it is deducted from the quote. If the quote exceeds the base rate, the top-up to reach 50% is paid before coding starts. The balance is paid on delivery, after validating the tests together.

If I judge the project not feasible, I tell you in my answer and the deposit is refunded in full. If you withdraw after accepting the quote, the deposit is kept for the work started. Bug fixes after delivery are included; changes and new features are subject to a new quote. By default you receive the compiled files; the source code can be included by quote. Your strategy stays confidential: it is neither shared, reused nor published.

7. Disclaimer

Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of capital loss, up to the entire amount invested. SYVARN's tools, strategies and courses are aids to analysis, execution and learning. They are not personalised investment advice, guarantee no result, and past performance is no guide to future performance. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Terminal, indicators, alerts and signals. The terminal's indicators (including Smart Money Concept, Mlab scripts and scripts published by members), markers, alerts received in the terminal or on Telegram, the scanner and the analysis panel are automatic calculations on market data. They are neither recommendations, nor orders, nor investment advice. An alert can be late, missing or wrong (provider data, connection, calculation): never execute a trade on the sole basis of an alert. Data comes from third-party providers (Deriv, Binance, Yahoo Finance) and may differ from your broker's. Replay mode and simulated trading commit no capital and do not reflect real execution conditions (spread, slippage, latency).

8. Mlab language and shared scripts

Mlab is the indicator language of the SYVARN terminal; its documentation is free and readable on the site. The name “Mlab”, the language, the interpreter and the documentation are the property of SYVARN. You remain the owner of the scripts you write.

Scripts published on the forum. By publishing an Mlab script on the forum (“Mlab scripts” category or elsewhere), you grant SYVARN members the right to use, modify and share it on the site, free of charge and without time limit, with credit to the original author when known. You warrant that you are the author of the published code or have the right to share it, and that you are not copying a protected indicator. Shared scripts are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of operation or results; SYVARN may remove a script that breaks the forum rules. Mlab scripts sold on the marketplace, if any, follow the premium tools terms (section 3).

What a script cannot do. An Mlab script places no orders, accesses neither your account nor your data, and connects to nothing: it computes and draws. Execution limits (time, objects, loops) protect your browser.

9. Personal data and privacy

What is collected. At sign-up: your e-mail, a first name or handle and a password (stored only as a hash, never in clear text). If you link Telegram: the technical identifier of your conversation with the bot and your Telegram username, to send you your alerts and check your channel membership. At order: first name, last name, e-mail, country, Telegram contact, transaction hash and MetaTrader installation path, needed for delivery and the licence. For reviews and forum votes, a hashed, non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address is used only to limit abuse. Your terminal data (drawings, alerts, favourites, replay journal, scripts and settings) is saved in your account so you can find it on your other devices.

What is not done. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. No advertising cookie: the only cookie is your session cookie (login), and any audience measurement is anonymous and cookie-free. E-mails are used only to identify you, deliver to you and reply to you.

Where and for how long. Data is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (database and storage), with a daily backup kept for 35 days. It is kept as long as your account exists; orders and licences are kept as long as needed for the warranty and accounting obligations.

Your rights. You can view, correct or delete your account and your data at any time by writing on Telegram or to mql5lab@gmail.com ; deleting the account erases your terminal data and your linked Telegram, and your forum messages are anonymised. Data controller: SYVARN (section 1).

10. Credits

The terminal's charts rely on the open-source library Lightweight Charts™ by TradingView, Inc. (Apache 2.0 licence). Market data comes from Deriv, Binance and Yahoo Finance. Prices on the site are in US dollars ($) and paid in USDT.
